Application

The 9-20-11 centrifugal fan, part of the 9-19 series centrifugal fans, is designed for high-pressure forced ventilation and general use in forging furnaces. This centrifugal blower is effective for conveying air and non-corrosive, non-sticky gases at temperatures up to 50°C, with a maximum dust concentration of 150 mg/m³.

Type

The 9-20-11 model is available in nine sizes: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16. This industrial centrifugal fan features a direct drive system powered by electric motors, allowing for high main shaft speeds. To minimize vibrations, the fan’s bearing seats are designed to be low and rest directly on the cement foundation. For centrifugal fans in the 9-19 series, models No. 4 to No. 6 use an A-type bearingless box device, while models No. 7 to No. 16 use a D-type cantilever support with rolling bearings and an elastic coupling to connect to the motor. The 9-20-11 centrifugal fan includes 12 forward-curved blades with a 30° outlet angle and a maximum impeller speed of 125 m/s, ensuring efficient operation.
 

Performance and Selection

  • The performance table for this centrifugal fan shows efficiency within 90% or more of the maximum, divided into 8 points based on air volume. When ordering, specify the required performance points from these ranges.
  • The performance data is provided for standard conditions of 20°C, 101325Pa atmospheric pressure, and a gas density of 1.2 kg/m³. Adjustments should be made according to relevant formulas for different media to ensure accurate performance specifications.
