9-04 and 9-06 Series High Pressure Small Flow Centrifugal Blower

Application

In order to meet the needs of the development of China's power equipment, the 9-04 and 9-06 series high pressure small flow centrifugal blowers were developed and successfully used in Xinbei Thermal Power Plant and Panjin Oilfield. This centrifugal blower is suitable for power stations, petroleum, environmental protection breeding, metallurgy, ironmaking, and chemical drying systems. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50°C, and the maximum does not exceed 80°C. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.

Type

This centrifugal blower is single suction type. The 9-04 type has No.6.3D, No.7.1D, No.8C, No.9D, No.10D, No.11.2D, No.12.5D, No.5.6C, No.6.3C, No.7.1C, and No.8C; the 9-06 model has 7 machine numbers, including No.6.3D, No.7.1D, No.8D, No.9D, No.10D, No.11.2D, and No.12.5D. The centrifugal blower can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-handed centrifugal blower. The centrifugal blower rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-hand centrifugal blower, and is represented by "left". The outlet position of the centrifugal blower is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. "Left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°. The centrifugal blower has two transmission modes: C type and D type.
 

Overall Structure

This centrifugal blower is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, base, and transmission part.
  1. Impeller. The 9-04 type centrifugal blower has 40 long and short blades, and the 9-06 type centrifugal blower has 36 long and short blades, all of which are forward curved blades. After the impeller is formed, it is calibrated for static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly.
  2. Casing: Ordinary steel plates are welded into a volute casing.
  3. Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts.
  4. The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, the bearing box is an integral structure, using rolling bearings, lubricated with bearing grease, and removable sealing rings are installed on the two side covers.
