1) Application

The 4-2×72 No.22 centrifugal fan is used in the process system of metallurgical smelting, melting furnaces, and forging furnaces to transport dusty flue gas with a working temperature of less than 80℃ and no corrosive or explosive components. This industrial fan is essential for metalworking processes. The medium density is 1.2kg/m², and the dust content is less than 150mg/m³. It is suitable for use when the operating conditions and performance requirements are equivalent.

2) Overall Structure

This centrifugal fan features a double suction structure. The gas enters the fan along the air inlet chambers on both sides of the fan volute. After the impeller works, the gas is discharged along the outlet of the volute. The fan rotor, which is part of the fan system, is directly connected to the motor through a coupling. To expand its range of use, a differential guide vane adjustment device is provided at the fan inlet. This industrial blower is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet chamber, a main shaft, a bearing box, a differential guide vane adjustment device, and a shaft end seal.
