Application

 

The 35t/h, 75t/h, 130t/h, and 220t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers are characterized by high efficiency, compatibility with a wide range of coal quality, compact size, and minimal environmental pollution. These centrifugal fan and centrifugal blower models are new energy-saving products, which will be a focus of promotion in China in the future. The medium conveyed by the primary and secondary centrifugal fans is air, with a maximum temperature of 80°C. For the induced draft centrifugal fan, the conveyed medium is flue gas, with a maximum temperature of 250°C. A dust removal device must be installed before the induced draft centrifugal fan to minimize dust content. The dust removal efficiency should be no less than 85%, particularly for power plant use.
 

Form


  1. 1. The primary centrifugal fan, secondary centrifugal fan, and induced draft centrifugal fan are all made in single suction type.
  2. 2. A fan with clockwise impeller rotation, viewed from the motor end, is called a right-hand centrifugal fan; a fan with counterclockwise rotation is called a left-hand centrifugal fan.
  3. 3. The positions of the centrifugal fan's air inlet and outlet are indicated by the air inlet angle and the air outlet angle of the casing.
  4. 4. The centrifugal fan drive modes are D type and F type.

Structural characteristics

 

The industrial centrifugal fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, an air intake box, an adjusting door, and a transmission part.

  2. 1. Impeller: The primary and secondary centrifugal fan blades are curved, welded between the conical wheel cover and flat wheel disc. The impellers of the induced draft centrifugal fan are backward-inclined single-plate blades (some wing-shaped), with wear-resistant guards and surfacing wear-resistant layers added to prone areas, increasing the strength, rigidity, and service life of the blades. The centrifugal fan impeller undergoes dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth, reliable operation.

Casing: Made of spiral steel plates, the centrifugal blower casing is available in two structural types: an integral non-dismantle casing or an upper and lower dismantle casing along the axis centerline. The induced draft centrifugal fan casing features a thickened spiral plate for added wear resistance.
  4. 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet is convergent, streamlined, and made into an integral structure, fixed with bolts to the centrifugal fan inlet.
  5. 4. Adjustment Door: The adjustment door controls airflow, installed axially in front of the air inlet, with an adjustment range from 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed). The adjustment handle is on the right side when viewed from the inlet side. For right-hand centrifugal fans, push the handle from bottom to top to fully open.
  6. 5. Transmission Part: The transmission component consists of a high-quality steel main shaft with rolling bearings. The primary and secondary fans generally use an integral cylindrical bearing box. Smaller induced draft centrifugal fans use an integral bearing box, while larger ones use independent pillow-type bearing boxes. The bearing box contains a pointer thermometer and oil level indicator, using L-AN46 lubricating oil as required. Induced draft fans are equipped with a water-cooling device, and the water consumption varies with temperature, typically 0.5-1m³/h.

Performance and selection

The performance of the primary centrifugal fan, secondary centrifugal fan, and induced draft centrifugal fan is presented in the performance table, focusing on the circulating fluidized bed boiler parameters. If the boiler parameters and process parameters differ, the centrifugal fan can be redesigned or converted based on the provided parameters.

This series of centrifugal fans is ideal for industrial fluidized bed boilers, providing high-pressure centrifugal performance, efficient dust control, and enhanced energy-saving features for power plants and other applications.
