Application

 

This 220t/h Centrifugal Blower Fan series is engineered for the ventilation, exhaust, and secondary air supply systems in 220t/h fluidized bed boilers used in thermal power plants. Designed for industrial durability, the series includes high-pressure centrifugal fans (models G220, Y220, and R220) that ensure optimal air and gas circulation under challenging conditions. The G220 and R220 models are specialized for air, tolerating temperatures up to 80°C with dust levels below 100mg/m³. In contrast, the Y220 induced draft fan model is built for handling flue gases, supporting temperatures as high as 250°C with dust concentrations capped at 200mg/m³. These industrial centrifugal fans meet environmental standards and deliver high-efficiency performance. 
 

Form


  1. 1. Single-Suction Configuration: The entire series of ventilation, induced draft, and secondary fans use a single-suction design to support consistent air and gas handling in industrial applications.
  2. 2. Right- and Left-Handed Options: Fans are available in both right-hand and left-hand configurations. Clockwise rotation indicates a right-handed fan, while counterclockwise rotation represents a left-handed fan.
  3. 3. Outlet Positioning: Each centrifugal blower fan’s outlet angle is indicated for easy alignment during installation.
  4. 4. D-Type Transmission: Incorporates coupling transmission for efficient power delivery, enhancing the fan’s reliability and performance under heavy industrial loads.

Structural Characteristics


Built with an emphasis on durability and efficiency, the 220t/h industrial centrifugal blower series consists of key components like impellers, casings, air inlets, regulating doors, and transmission mechanisms.

  2. 1. Impeller: Blades welded between a conical arc cover and flat disc, ensuring balanced, smooth operation. For the induced draft fan, high-grade manganese steel increases durability against industrial wear and tear.
  3. 2. Casing: Welded from steel plates into a volute design, providing long-lasting stability and effective air movement for industrial operations.
  4. 3. Air Inlet: A streamlined air inlet design optimizes airflow into the fan and reduces losses, maximizing the centrifugal fan’s operational efficiency.
  5. 4. Regulating Door: Allows precise control over airflow, adjustable from 0° to 90°. Ventilation and secondary fans use calcium-sodium grease, while induced draft fans require high-temperature molybdenum disulfide grease for seamless operation.
  6. 5. Transmission Mechanism: The high-quality steel main shaft and rolling bearing provide robust support. The bearing box includes a thermometer (provided by the user) and an oil level indicator, with L-AN46 system oil for lubrication. A water-cooling system, consuming 1-2m³/h, is also installed for temperature control in high-demand settings.
