Application

 

The G130, Y130, and R130 series industrial fans provide reliable airflow for ventilation, induced draft, and secondary air systems in fluidized bed boilers with a capacity of 130t/h, especially in thermal power generation. Designed to handle air and flue gases, the G130 ventilator and R130 secondary fan operate with air up to 80°C, while the Y130 induced draft fan manages flue gas at up to 250°C. Dust concentrations are limited to 100mg/m³ for air and 200mg/m³ for flue gases, making it ideal for various industrial environments.
 

Fan Design


  1. 1. The single-suction configuration of each fan ensures efficient airflow and easy maintenance.
  2. 2. Fans in the series are available in both right-hand and left-hand orientations.
  3. 3. The outlet angle is marked on the casing, which provides precise alignment of each fan’s airflow direction.
  4. 4. The fans utilize D-type coupling transmission, enhancing reliability and smooth operation.

Structural Highlights


This high-efficiency centrifugal fan includes core components such as the impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, and transmission mechanism.

  2. 1. Impeller: Featuring welded, conical-arc and flat-disc blade design, each impeller is dynamically balanced to reduce vibration, promoting stable and reliable performance.
  3. 2. Casing: The casing is crafted from quality steel and molded into a volute shape for efficient airflow and structural resilience.
  4. 3. Air Inlet: The inlet adopts a streamlined, convergent shape to improve gas entry and minimize energy loss, secured by bolts for operational safety.
  5. 4. Regulating Door: Installed axially in front of the air inlet, the regulating door controls fan flow with a range from fully open (0°) to fully closed (90°). For high-temperature applications, molybdenum disulfide grease is used on induced draft fans, while calcium-sodium grease is applied on ventilator and secondary air fans.
  6. 5. Transmission Components: Comprising a main shaft, bearing box, and bearing, the transmission mechanism is built for high performance, equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator. L-AN46 oil is used, with water cooling as required based on external conditions.

Performance ratings for the 130t/h centrifugal fan series adhere to specified intake conditions. Adjustments to fan specifications should be calculated according to actual usage environments, optimizing efficiency and performance for the application in thermal power plants.
