Application
The 10-20 type high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation (supply) or pneumatic conveying of materials in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, food, building materials industry, and other departments. It is suitable for conveying air and non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-self-igniting, non-viscous gas. The temperature of the medium is generally not more than 50°C, and the maximum is not more than 80°C. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.
Type

The fan is single suction, and the machine numbers (No.) are 8a, 8, 8b, 8.5a, 8.5, 8.5b, 9a, 9, 9b, a total of nine types.

The fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed fan, represented by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "right" and "left" can be made into three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.

The fan transmission adopts D-type coupling connection transmission.
Structure
The fan consists of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission part, etc.

Impeller. Made of Q345 (16Mn). There are 12 long and short blades each, which are evenly welded between the four arc-shaped impellers and the flat impeller disc. The flow channel is equipped with a bladeless diffuser. The impeller is calibrated for static and dynamic balance, and runs smoothly and reliably.

Casing. Steel plates are welded into a volute casing.

Air inlet. The convergent-divergent air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed to the front cover with bolts.

Transmission part. It consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, the bearing box is an integral structure, using hydraulic bearings, and the rolling bearings are lubricated with oil using a full-loss system.
Performance and selection

The performance and performance of the selected fan are calculated according to the fan characteristic curve without considering the compression correction factor.

The design and use units shall determine the fan model, flow rate, wind pressure motor in the performance and optional parts table according to the required flow rate and total pressure. If the motor specifications are changed, the speed and power shall be equivalent and shall be indicated when ordering.

In the performance and optional parts table, the operating point of each speed is the continuous pressure-flow curve within the range of full pressure efficiency greater than 83% in the dimensionless characteristic curve of the fan, which is artificially divided into 11 performance points according to the flow rate for selection. The performance table shall prevail when ordering.

The factory inspection performance of the fan is that at the required flow rate, the deviation of the total pressure value does not exceed ± 5% of the designed total pressure value.

Performance and optional parts table, calculated based on the air medium under standard conditions of gas temperature t = 20°C, atmospheric pressure pₐ = 101300Pa, gas density ρ = 1.2kg/m³. If the fan is not used under standard conditions, the performance should be converted according to the relevant formula.

In the performance and options table, the required power is from the dimensionless characteristic curve, performance and optional parts table, full pressure formula and required power formula, it can be seen that when the motor capacity remains unchanged, the fan must not be fully opened or the speed can be increased arbitrarily, otherwise the motor is in danger of being overloaded and burned.
