Application

Compared with similar fans at home and abroad, this high-pressure centrifugal fan has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve and wide high-efficiency area, reaching the domestic advanced level and can replace Roots blowers with similar performance. This fan is a three-stage impeller series high-pressure fan, generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and widely used for material transportation. It can be used to transport air and non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, non-viscous gases. The temperature of the transported medium generally does not exceed 80°C, and the dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.

Type

①This fan is single suction, and the machine number is No.8.
② This fan is made into a right-handed form. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right".
③The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. For this fan, it is "90° right".
④The transmission mode of the fan is C type.
 

Structure

The fan consists of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, a bracket, a seal, etc.
①The impeller is composed of three-stage aluminum impellers, which can be made into two different blade shapes. After the impeller is formed, it is statically and dynamically balanced, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
②The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a volute casing as a whole.
③ The air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts.
④The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, V-belt pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, the bearing box is an integral structure, and rolling bearings are used. The rolling bearings are lubricated with oil using a full-loss system.
⑤The bracket is welded by angle steel and ordinary steel plate.

The optional accessories include inlet air filter, inlet muffler, inlet flexible connection, outlet flexible connection, outlet pipe and outlet muffler. Users can select and order according to their needs.
