1. Before the fan is installed, pockmarks should be shoveled out on the surface of the foundation, and there should be a certain gap between the fan and the cement foundation for secondary grouting, so that the concrete or cement mortar poured for the second time can be closely combined with the foundation. After the secondary grouting cement has solidified, tighten the anchor bolts. However, it should be ensured that the level of the main shaft of the fan remains unchanged.
2. Before the fan equipment is installed in place, remove the oil stains and soil debris on the surface of the equipment foundation and the debris in the reserved holes of the anchor bolts. When hoisting the overall installation, the fan is directly placed on the foundation, leveled and aligned with shims, and the shims should generally be placed on both sides of the anchor bolts, and the inclined shims must be used in pairs. After the equipment is installed, the same set of backing irons should be spot-welded together to prevent loosening when no force is applied. When the fan is installed on the machine base with shock absorbers, the ground should be flat, and the load compression of each group of shock absorbers should be uniform and not eccentric to prevent damage.
3. Before installation, check whether the connection of each component is tight, whether the transmission group rotates flexibly, etc.
4. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, when connecting the air inlet and outlet pipes, should be adjusted to make them match naturally, and no forced connection is allowed, and it is not allowed to add the weight of the pipes to the parts of the fan. At the same time, care should be taken to maintain the horizontal position of the fan installation, and pay attention to check that there are no tools and sundries that have fallen into or left behind in the casing.
5. After the fan is installed, move the impeller manually to check whether there is any tightness or rubbing. The test run can only be carried out if there is no tightness or rubbing.
6. If the air inlet is not connected to the air inlet pipe, it is also necessary to add a protective net or other safety devices.
7. Pay attention to the running direction of the impeller, which must be consistent with the sign and cannot be reversed.
