The Purpose of the Fan
Fkd And Fk Series Axial Flow Fans are successfully designed on the basis of energy-saving fans used in coal mines through technical improvement, structure improvement, and performance improvement. They have high aerodynamic efficiency, can be well matched with the ventilation network, and have extremely significant energy-saving effects. Unique advantages: Many mines in metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemical, building materials and nuclear industries across the country have applied this series of energy-saving fans. The main fans, auxiliary fans, and partial fans used in large and medium-sized key backbone mines of various systems have generally adopted this series of mining energy-saving fans, and have achieved ideal technical and economic benefits.
In order to expand the performance range of this series of fans and meet the needs of various large, medium and small fans in non-coal mines, various types of ventilation networks with low, medium and high resistance and large, medium and small air volumes can be selected in high-efficiency areas. The running main fan, auxiliary fan and multi-stage station fan, this series of fans adopt three hub ratios of 0.40, 0.54 and 0.60, and two structural types of single unit and counter-rotation.

The Characteristics of the Fan
1.The Structural Characteristics of the Fan

1)FKD series fans are composed of current collector, primary main engine, secondary main engine, diffuser, round to square joint, muffler, diffusion tower and other components; FK series fans are composed of current collector, main engine, diffuser and other components, and all components are connected by bolts for easy maintenance.
2) The direct connection between the motor and the impeller of this series of fans reduces the loss of ventilation resistance such as the "S" air duct, improves the efficiency, reduces the safety hazards and maintenance troubles caused by the "S" air duct, and improves the operation efficiency. safety.
3)The two-stage working impellers of the FKD series fans rotate in opposite directions. The primary and secondary blades are guide vanes for each other, and there is no fixed guide vane, which reduces the energy consumption of the guide vanes, simplifies the structure, and improves the efficiency. The FK series fans are composed of a set of impellers and static guide vanes;
4)FKD, FK series fans are equipped with high-quality special motors for fans, and the motors are placed in the flow channel for heat dissipation and flow guidance. This is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the motor, thereby increasing the safety of the fan operation.
5)FKD and FK series fans are equipped with a non-stop oil filling device and an oil discharge device, which can be filled with lubricating oil during operation, and the oil discharge port cover can be opened to eliminate waste oil when the fan is stopped.
6)The temperature measuring element is pre-embedded between the bearing of the motor and the stator winding, which can display the temperature of each part during the operation of the fan.
7)The wind blade adopts the twisted shape of the wing, which has good aerodynamic performance, wide high-efficiency area, and remarkable energy-saving effect.
8)The blade is an adjustable structure, and the angle of the blade can be adjusted according to different working conditions to keep the fan running in the high-efficiency zone.

2.The Performance Characteristics of the Fan
1) This series is a fan with high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and large air volume.
2) The hump area of this series of fans is narrow and the wind pressure is relatively stable, the air surge phenomenon is weak, and the air flow is stable.
3) This series of fans has a wide range of high-efficiency zones, which can adapt to changes in mine production and maintain high efficiency when ventilation parameters change.
4) According to production needs, the counter-rotating fan can also be operated as a single machine. Compared with the single-unit operation, the counter-rotating fan can increase the air volume by 45%-70%, and increase the wind pressure by -192%. Compared with the series operation, the air volume increases by about 20%. %, the wind pressure increases by about 50%.

3.Description of Special Parts for Fans
1)Muffler This series of mufflers is a specially designed and matched muffler for fans. It adopts a composite structure and a muffler wall combination structure. Its muffler technology is domestically leading and has a remarkable noise reduction effect when applied in practice. It solves the problem of high noise at the outlet of the axial flow fan, thus Ensure users have a good environment. The performance of the fan is fully considered in the design, and the internal structure of the muffler is optimized to minimize the resistance loss; the manufacturing process takes into account the user's site environment and adopts anti-corrosion measures.
2)Diffusion Tower The design of this series of diffusion towers adopts a streamlined shape to ensure that the wind flow direction does not change abruptly during the change process. Its function one: change the direction of wind flow, protect the surrounding environment and reduce noise; function two: reduce the dynamic pressure loss of the fan, convert it into effective static pressure, and improve the efficiency of the fan.
3)Online Monitoring and Early Warning System The system can accurately reflect and record the fan's operating curve, wind pressure, air volume, wind speed, bearing and stator temperature, current, voltage, vibration and other parameters, and can record and archive and fault alarm. 5)Damper This series of fans can be equipped with different types of dampers according to user needs. One is a butterfly valve plus a test air duct, and the other is a fully sealed damper. The above-mentioned dampers can be equipped with an automatic control system to control the opening and closing of the dampers.

4.Fan Installation and Commissioning
1)Prepare the installation site according to the specifications of the fan, and the ground of the machine base must be flat and compacted.
2)Before installation, all parts of the fan must be inspected: a. Whether the parts are complete; b. Whether the impeller is flexible; c. Whether the blades are rubbed against the cylinder wall; . If problems are found, they must be dealt with in a timely manner, and there must be no hidden dangers of accidents.
3)During installation, hoist the components of the fan onto the laid rails in sequence, place sealing rings where necessary, connect the components firmly with bolts, and connect the power line and temperature measuring instrument line according to the motor instruction manual.
4)Check whether the oil inlet and outlet passages are smooth, and inject No. 2 molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil (or better quality lubricating grease).
5)Check each component, and after the manual brake is correct after installation, the test run can be carried out. 6)For motors that have been transported long-distance or left unused for a long time, the insulation resistance of the stator must be measured before use (the insulation resistance must not be less than 0.5 megohm 380V), and the power supply can only be turned on and the fan can be started after passing the inspection. During the test run, the current, voltage, motor stator and bearing temperature should be observed frequently, and if any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

5.Fan Operation and Maintenance
1)Before the fan is started, it is necessary to check whether there is any foreign matter in the flow channel, so as to prevent the impeller of the fan from being collided by foreign matter and being damaged after starting.
2)Before starting the fan, please read the starting instruction manual and the motor instruction manual in detail, and operate the starting equipment according to the requirements. FKD starts the fan in the order of the first level and the second level (FK direct start), adjust the rotation direction, and ensure the fan's operation. normal operation.
3)After the fan starts and reaches normal operation, observe in time: a. Whether the current of the motor exceeds the rated current; b. Whether there is any abnormal sound in the flow channel of the fan. If a problem is found, it must be shut down for inspection in time. After the cause is identified and the fault is eliminated, it can enter the normal operation state.
4)During the use of the fan, there should be an operation record, and the system will record the operation of the fan, including:
a.Start and stop time, stop reason;
b, ambient temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure;
c, motor operating voltage, operating current, temperature of each bearing, temperature of motor stator. If it is found that there are items exceeding the index, it must be shut down immediately for inspection;
d. Pressure and air volume;
e. Time, quantity and brand of molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil added to motor bearings;
f. Abnormalities found in regular inspections;
g. Details of faults and troubleshooting.
5)During the operation of the fan, the motor should be maintained according to the instruction manual of the motor manufacturer, and an appropriate amount of molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil should be added.
6)Periodically shut down the fan to check whether all components meet the requirements:
a.Check the front and rear bearings of the motor. If the problem is found, the bearing should be replaced according to the model, and the molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil should be replaced.
b.Check whether the blade is loose and whether the installation angle of the blade is the same as the original setting. If problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
c.Adjustment method of blade installation angle: select the required installation angle according to the characteristic curve of the fan and the ventilation requirements of the mine. Open the hub cover, loosen the petiole nut, align the front of the blade with the scale line according to the selected installation angle on the scale of the drum surface of the hub, do not fasten the petiole nut, lock the nut, cover the cover, and then adjust complete.
7)Note: After the blades are adjusted, be sure to check whether the installation angles of each blade are consistent, otherwise readjust.
8)Always check the reliability of measuring instruments to prevent accidents caused by failure of thermometers and ammeters.
9)The driver and personnel should check frequently. Once any abnormal sound or vibration or temperature rise is found, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the machine can be started only after the fault is eliminated.

6.Inspection and Transportation of Fans
1)The fan has been debugged and passed the inspection before leaving the factory. Comes in easy packaging.
2)The small-size fan is delivered as a whole, and the large-size fan main unit, diffuser and its accessories are manufactured separately and shipped.
3)This series of fans can be transported by land or water. A packing list, an instruction manual, and a product certificate are included with the machine.
