After a long period of selection and communication, our South African customer decided to find a professional factory inspection company—V-Trust, to come to our factory for inspection!


On August 16th, our South African client hired V-Trust Inspection and Certification Company to conduct a factory audit at our industrial centrifugal fan manufacturing facility.

After careful coordination, we finalized the factory audit date with V-Trust Inspection and Certification Company for August 25th.

The audit process began promptly at 8:30 AM when we met with the V-Trust Inspection and Certification Company team at their designated location. Together, we proceeded to our office in the city center, where we meticulously reviewed the documentation prepared in advance, marking the initial step of the audit. These documents encompassed various aspects such as our comprehensive quality management system, production processes, and product performance.


In the afternoon, we headed to our factory located in the outskirts to continue with the second step of the factory audit - a tour of the various sections involved in the production of industrial centrifugal fans. We divided our factory into six areas, showcasing our specialized production processes:

Raw Materials Area:

This is where we store the high-quality materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloys used in the manufacturing of centrifugal fans. Our material selection ensures durability and reliability of our products.

Components Area:

Here, we manage and store all the components required for centrifugal fans, including bearings, seals, and motors. We strictly control the quality and suitability of the components to ensure product stability and performance.

Machining Area:

In this area, we employ advanced machinery to precisely process the components of centrifugal fans. Through CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and other techniques, we maintain the dimensions and quality of the parts in accordance with design specifications.

Welding Area:

The welding area is a critical step in the assembly of centrifugal fans. With experienced welders and efficient welding equipment, we ensure that the components are securely joined and maintain structural integrity.

Impeller Balancing Test Area:

In this area, we conduct precise impeller balancing tests. This test eliminates any imbalance-related vibration and noise issues, ensuring the stability and safety of centrifugal fans during operation.We guarantee that we will conduct dynamic balance testing for each impeller, and if customers require it, we will also provide them with a video of the dynamic balance test.

Assembly Area: In the assembly area, we bring together all the components to form complete centrifugal fans. We strictly adhere to technical specifications and operational procedures to ensure product quality and performance.

Coating Area:

In this area, we apply spray or coating treatments to the centrifugal fans. This not only provides a pleasing appearance but also protects the products from corrosion and external influences.

Commissioning and Testing Area:

In this area, we perform comprehensive functional testing and performance evaluations on fully assembled centrifugal fans. Through flow testing, pressure testing, noise testing, and other methods, we ensure that the products meet design requirements.

Around 6 PM, we successfully and joyfully completed a day of factory audit. We are highly satisfied with the entire process, as it demonstrated our meticulous production processes and quality control system, thereby enhancing our collaboration with the South African client.
