1. Problem: The total resistance of the pipeline network exceeds the working pressure of the multistage centrifugal blower, leading to surge due to pressure buildup. This can be further divided into: 
 
----Excessive resistance in the gas usage part, Insufficient gas release. Troubleshooting methods:
 
a. Modify the gas usage part to increase the gas release capacity;
 
b. Open the pressure relief valve, and once the pressure gas in the multistage centrifugal blower can be smoothly discharged, close the relief valve;
 
c. Increase the multistage centrifugal blower pressure (if equipped with a frequency converter, increase the frequency);
 
d. Modify the multistage centrifugal blower to make its working pressure greater than the total resistance of the pipeline network.
 
2. Problem: The output pipeline (main and branch pipes) is too thin or becomes too narrow locally, causing the airflow velocity in the pipeline or locally to be too fast, resulting in excessive friction coefficient between the gas and the pipe wall, and increased resistance. 
 
Troubleshooting method: Modify the pipeline network.
 
 3. Problem: The output gas has difficulty turning at the elbow, forming an explosion head, and the rebounding gas impacts the blower. Troubleshooting method: Change the 90° elbow to a 45° streamlined elbow.
 
4. Problem: There are too many bends in the output pipeline network, increasing the pipeline resistance. 
 
Troubleshooting method: Modify the pipeline network and reduce unnecessary bends.
 
5.  Problem: The check valve at the output end is of a higher pressure class or is improperly installed. 
 
Troubleshooting method: Replace with a check valve of a lower pressure class or reinstall it correctly.
 
 
6.  Problem: The valve at the output end is blocked or damaged. 
Troubleshooting method: Clear, repair, or replace it.
 
 
7. Problem: The system pipeline is blocked. 
 
Troubleshooting method: Clear the blockage.
 
 8. Problem: When multistage centrifugal fans are connected in parallel, the output pipeline is set up unreasonably, causing the output gas of each multistage centrifugal blower to interfere with each other. 
Troubleshooting method: Modify the pipeline network or consult the "DECENT" technical service department.
 
9.  Problem: When multistage centrifugal fans are connected in parallel, the pressures of each multistage centrifugal blower are not adjusted to be consistent, causing the multistage centrifugal blower with lower output pressure to not discharge gas smoothly. Troubleshooting method: Re-adjust the multistage centrifugal blower with lower output pressure.
 
 
10.  Problem: The intake air volume is less than 50% of the designed flow rate, and the gas cannot fully fill the impeller, resulting in insufficient working flow and causing a pressure drop surge. This can be further divided into:
 
Problem  1:The intake pipeline network is too thin. 
 
Troubleshooting method: Increase the size of the intake pipeline
network.
