When choosing the location of the air cooler hanging point, the first consideration is to ensure the optimal air circulation, while also taking into account the direction of the warehouse structure. Make sure that the gap between the air cooler and the warehouse panel is greater than the actual thickness of the air cooler to ensure smooth circulation of cold air.
1.For semi-enclosed or fully enclosed compressors, an oil separator should be installed and an appropriate amount of oil should be added to the oil separator. When the evaporation temperature is lower than -15℃, a gas-liquid separator and an appropriate amount of refrigeration oil should also be installed.
2.The compressor base should be equipped with a shock-absorbing rubber seat to ensure that the unit is installed firmly and leave enough maintenance space for future observation of instruments and regulating valves.
3.The selection of copper pipe diameter must be strictly determined according to the compressor suction and exhaust valve interface. When the distance between the condenser and the compressor exceeds 3 meters, the pipeline diameter should be appropriately increased. The suction surface of the condenser should be at least 400mm away from the wall, and the distance between the air outlet and obstacles should be no less than 3 meters.
4.The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank shall be based on the exhaust and liquid outlet pipe diameters indicated on the unit sample. The compressor suction pipe and the air cooler return pipe shall not be smaller than the size specified in the sample to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipe.
5.The exhaust pipe and the return pipe should be set with a certain slope to ensure that when the condenser is higher than the compressor, the exhaust pipe slopes toward the condenser, and a liquid ring is installed at the compressor exhaust port to prevent the gas from cooling and liquefying and flowing back to the high-pressure exhaust port after shutdown.
6.A U-bend should be installed at the outlet of the return pipe of the air cooler, and the return pipe should slope toward the compressor to ensure smooth oil return. The expansion valve should be installed near the air cooler. The solenoid valve should be kept horizontal when installed, the valve body should be vertical, and the liquid outlet direction should be noted. The expansion valve temperature sensing package should be fixed with a metal clip at 100mm to 200mm from the evaporator outlet and tightly wrapped with a double layer of insulation material.
Fluorine filling and debugging of refrigeration system
1.Before fluorine filling and debugging, measure the power supply voltage, the resistance value of the three windings of the compressor and the insulation of the motor.
2.After evacuation, inject refrigerant into the liquid storage tank to 70% to 80% of the standard filling amount, then start the compressor and continue to add gas from the low-pressure side to the standard amount. Set the temperature parameters and the opening degree of the expansion valve according to the frost and use of the cold storage.
3.After starting up, listen to the sound of the compressor, observe the operation of the condenser and the air cooler, and check whether the three-phase current of the compressor is stable. After normal cooling, check the pressure and temperature parameters of each part of the refrigeration system, as well as the frost of the evaporator and the expansion valve, and observe the oil level and color change of the oil mirror.
4.The inside of the refrigeration system must be kept clean. For ammonia systems, after using the refrigeration compressor to boost the pressure, quickly discharge air and impurities at the lowest part of each main container; for Freon refrigeration systems, use nitrogen for sewage discharge to prevent moisture from entering the system.
Precautions during the test run
1.Check all valves in the refrigeration system to ensure that they are in a normal open state, especially the exhaust stop valve. Open the cooling water valve or fan of the condenser, and check whether its direction and water and air volume meet the requirements.
2.The electrical control circuit should be tested separately in advance, and check whether the power supply voltage is stable before starting. At the same time, ensure that the oil level of the compressor crankcase is in the normal position.
3.After the compressor is started, observe whether the indication values of the high and low pressure gauges are within the normal range, and check whether the indication value of the oil pressure gauge meets the requirements. For compressors with energy unloading devices, it is also necessary to pay attention to the difference between the oil pressure and the suction pressure.
4.Listen to whether there is a sound of refrigerant flowing in the expansion valve, and observe whether there is normal condensation or frost in the pipeline after the expansion valve. For compressors with energy unloading, when performing unloading tests, it is necessary to observe whether the motor current has a significant decrease.
5.The safety protection device in the refrigeration system needs to be identified during the commissioning stage to ensure that it can operate correctly when needed. At the same time, check whether the indication values of other instruments are within the specified range. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately.
6.Before installing and commissioning the refrigeration system, be sure to clean and dry the system to avoid failures such as blockage of the expansion valve or dry filter due to garbage and moisture in the system.
