1. Classification by pressure
1. Low pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure is less than 1000Pa. It is mainly used for ventilation, air conditioning and other occasions with low pressure requirements, such as general civil building ventilation.
2. Medium pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure in 1000-3000Pa. Suitable for industrial ventilation, material conveying and other medium pressure demand scenarios, such as local ventilation of factory workshops.
3. High pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure is greater than 3000Pa. It is often used in pneumatic conveying, high pressure ventilation and other industrial fields with high pressure requirements, such as cement, steel and other industries.
2. Classification by use
1. Ventilator: The main purpose of ventilation is to provide air flow and improve indoor air quality. It is widely used in ventilation system of various buildings.
2. Induced draft fan: installed in the tail of boilers, kilns and other equipment, the exhaust gas generated by combustion is drawn out to ensure the normal operation of the system. Commonly used in industrial boilers, power plants, etc.
3. Dust exhaust fan: It is specially used to discharge the air containing dust to prevent the accumulation of dust in the room. Commonly used in mining, metallurgy, building materials and other industries dust removal system.
4. Blower: provides high pressure air for conveying gas, increasing gas pressure, etc. It is widely used in sewage treatment, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries.
3. According to the impeller structure classification
1. Forward impeller centrifugal fan: the bending direction of the impeller blade is consistent with the rotating direction of the impeller. It has the characteristics of high pressure coefficient and relatively small flow rate, and is suitable for occasions requiring high pressure, but the efficiency is relatively low and the noise is larger.
2. Backward impeller centrifugal fan: the blade bending direction is opposite to the impeller rotation direction. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, stable operation, relatively large flow rate, and is suitable for occasions with high efficiency and noise requirements.
3. Radial impeller centrifugal fan: the blade is straight plate shape, consistent with the direction of the impeller radius. Simple structure, easy to manufacture, suitable for some general occasions with low performance requirements.
