In order to ensure the smooth progress of the centrifugal fan installation and ensure the quality of the installation, the following pre-installation preparations must be made:

1. Fully familiar with design documents such as design drawings, materials, instructions, etc. These include: be familiar with the installation drawings of the fan body, master the structural characteristics of the fan; be familiar with the ventilation system drawings of the ventilation work, understand the function and working status of the fan in the system; be familiar with the ventilation foundation acceptance data, and master the construction of the equipment foundation .
2. Perform equipment checks on ventilation.
I. According to the design drawings, check whether the specifications, types, rotation direction of the impeller, the center distance of the anchor bolt holes, the aperture and orientation and center distance of the inlet and exhaust flanges, and the center elevation of the shaft meet the design requirements.
II. Check the specifications and quantities of accessories, accessories and parts of the fan according to the packing list.
III. For the various problems detected, including design problems, equipment problems, and construction problems, they should be submitted to the relevant departments for resolution immediately, otherwise the installation cannot be carried out.
IV. The equipment that has been checked and counted should be kept by a special person. Small spare parts should be nailed in the original box for storage. Fans and motors should be equipped with rain shelters, and skids should be laid on the bottom of the equipment to prevent the equipment from being placed in the open air or sinking into large muddy water.
