4. Enhanced Anti-Corrosion Design for Coastal Environments
Considering that the equipment is installed in a coastal environment with high humidity and strong corrosive conditions, DECENT implemented targeted optimizations in both materials and surface treatment:
1. A carbon steel and stainless steel combined structural design, balancing mechanical strength and corrosion resistance;
2. A three-layer heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system, including:

To meet the client’s explicit requirement for positive tolerance steel plates, and to address potential thickness deviations in raw materials, DECENT proactively selected steel plates with a higher nominal thickness grade. This approach ensures that the final products fully comply with design and operational requirements under all conditions, further demonstrating DECENT’s rigorous commitment to product quality.
