The fan casing is built with acid‑alkali resistant PVC‑FRP. To mitigate shaft corrosion risks, the rotating shaft adopts 45# steel fitted with specialized protective sleeves, which fully isolate metallic shaft components from direct exposure to corrosive process gas and eliminate premature shaft failure. The base frame is constructed of Q235 carbon‑steel finished with epoxy anti‑rust coating, securing dependable service life for outdoor deployment.

Multiple customizable shaft‑sealing alternatives, including labyrinth seal, nitrogen‑purged seal, packing seal and carbon‑ring seal, can be selected according to actual process medium characteristics.
