Characterised by coastal high salt‑fog, elevated ambient humidity and close proximity to residential communities, the project site presented highly demanding operating conditions. The fan system was required to sustain long‑term service against 400 °C high‑temperature flue gas generated during soil calcination remediation processes, while maintaining noise output fully compliant with residential‑zone environmental governance standards.
To address these complex operational challenges, DECENT MACHINERY executed multi‑faceted targeted product upgrades across material selection, anti‑corrosion treatment, welding quality assurance and noise‑reduction architecture:
