During the stamping process, DECENT uses advanced laser cutting technology that can handle thicknesses of up to 26 mm. This precision not only minimizes material waste, but also lays a precise foundation for subsequent manufacturing stages.
During the bending stage, DECENT combines the most advanced forming technologies to ensure precise bending angles and radii, resulting in a stronger, perfectly aligned product structure. Our efficient bending process enhances the overall strength of the component while reducing stress concentration issues common in traditional methods.
DECENT's welding process combines the advantages of automated machine welding and skilled manual welding. Automated welding ensures high precision and consistency, while manual welding excels at handling complex geometries and fine details. Every weld is carefully inspected to ensure flawlessness.
During assembly, DECENT strictly adheres to standardized operating procedures to ensure that all parts fit seamlessly. This rigorous approach not only improves the airtightness of the system, but also ensures stable and reliable performance. In contrast, inferior products often have high air leakage rates and reduced filtration efficiency due to poor assembly.
Our meticulous grinding process treats every weld and seam to ensure a smooth and uniform surface finish, improving the quality and appearance of the product.
The sandblasting process effectively removes impurities and oxide layers on the metal surface, improving corrosion resistance and extending the life of the dust collector.
DECENT's coating technology supports customized color options and guarantees a uniform, defect-free surface finish. Each unit undergoes at least three comprehensive painting cycles, including at least two high-performance anti-rust primers and one topcoat. This ensures superior coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Especially in the humid, rainy and highly corrosive environment of Southeast Asia, our optimized coating process provides strong protection for long-term exposure, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
DECENT has independent production lines for filter cages (bag cages) and filter bags, achieving self-sufficient production, controlled quality and predictable delivery time. Our filter cages provide excellent corrosion resistance and can be galvanized or powder coated, made of carbon steel or stainless steel to meet a wide range of operating conditions. This high-quality cage design far exceeds lower-grade alternatives, which are at risk of deformation or breakage, which may affect the long-term stability of the dust collector. In addition, DECENT's filter bags can be customized according to customer specifications, using PTFE, P84, Nomex and other high-performance materials. Optional membrane coatings provide waterproof, oil-proof and anti-static functions, ensuring that the dust collector can maintain high efficiency and stable operation even in the most demanding environments.
