Each unit undergoes at least three comprehensive painting cycles, including at least two high-performance anti-rust primers and one topcoat. This ensures superior coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Especially in the humid, rainy and highly corrosive environment of Southeast Asia, our optimized coating process provides strong protection for long-term exposure, ensuring durability and aesthetics.

 

DECENT has independent production lines for filter cages (bag cages) and filter bags, achieving self-sufficient production, controlled quality and predictable delivery time. Our filter cages provide excellent corrosion resistance and can be galvanized or powder coated, made of carbon steel or stainless steel to meet a wide range of operating conditions. This high-quality cage design far exceeds lower-grade alternatives, which are at risk of deformation or breakage, which may affect the long-term stability of the dust collector. In addition, DECENT's filter bags can be customized according to customer specifications, using PTFE, P84, Nomex and other high-performance materials.
