At DECENT MACHINERY, we prioritize quality and performance. Recently, our team conducted comprehensive performance tests on two centrifugal fans to ensure they meet customer requirements and uphold the highest industry standards.
The first fan, measuring Length 2350mm, Width 1500mm, and Height 2200mm, is designed with advanced internal thermal insulation cotton, offering exceptional heat resistance. During the testing process:
Current Test: The results confirmed that the current values perfectly matched the motor nameplate parameters, meeting all acceptance criteria.
Vibration Test: All vibration levels complied with international standards (not exceeding G6.3) and exceeded national standards, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
Noise Test: The noise levels during operation were within industry standards, reflecting excellent performance.
Next, we tested the second fan, which measures Length 1920mm, Width 1400mm, and Height 1700mm. Following the same rigorous procedures:
Current Test: The current values were consistent with the motor nameplate parameters, fully meeting the acceptance criteria.
Vibration Test: This fan also achieved vibration levels compliant with international standards (not exceeding G6.3) and surpassed national benchmarks, showcasing exceptional stability.
Airflow Test: The airflow test verified that the actual airflow values aligned with the nameplate parameters, meeting design specifications with outstanding performance.
Noise Test: Noise levels during operation adhered to industry standards, ensuring quiet and efficient functionality.
