Fan Specifications and Custom Features

 

The inspected centrifugal fan has the following dimensions: Length 1700mm, Width 1400mm, and Height 1300mm. To address the customer’s specific requirements:

 

A silencer was installed at the fan’s outlet to effectively minimize operational noise.

 

A rain cover was added above the motor and silencer to protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions, ensuring enhanced reliability and extended service life.

 

Rigorous Testing Process

 

1. Current Test

 

The inspection began with the current test. After resetting the instruments to zero, the test confirmed that the current values matched the motor’s nameplate parameters. This result demonstrates that the fan meets all required performance standards.

 

2. Vibration Test

 

Key components of the motor were tested to verify vibration levels. The results showed that the vibration values complied with international standards (not exceeding G6.3) and surpassed national standards, ensuring the fan’s stability during operation.

 

3. Airflow Performance Test

 

The airflow at the fan outlet was measured after instrument calibration. The results confirmed that the airflow output perfectly matched the specifications on the nameplate, fulfilling the customer’s design requirements.

 

4. Noise Test

 

Noise levels were measured both with and without the silencer installed. The test revealed a significant reduction in noise after the silencer was added, demonstrating its superior noise reduction performance. The fan fully met all design and operational standards in this aspect.
