DECENT MACHINERY Completes Full Pre-Shipment Inspection for Centrifugal Fans Bound for Central Asia Copper Mine

Decent Machinery has finished comprehensive off-line testing on four sets of industrial centrifugal ventilation fans customized for a Central Asia copper mining client, with all units fully qualified and ready for shipment.
Strict multi-dimensional performance tests are mandatory for every mining fan before delivery to guarantee stable operation under harsh underground mine conditions.
1. Vibration Test Technicians measure vibration values at motor, bearing and key structural points to eliminate unbalance risk and secure long-term steady running.
2. Current Calibration Test Full-power energizing is carried out to record real-time operating current. All readings match the rated parameters marked on motor nameplates precisely.
3. Air Volume Verification Professional industry calculation standards are adopted to test actual airflow; measured data is fully consistent with theoretical design values.
4. 1m Noise Test Sound power level inspection is implemented at 1 meter from the unit. All fans meet low-noise operation standards to improve underground working environments. A complete signed test report containing all raw data will be delivered together with equipment to the Central Asia project team.
Besides fan body inspection, our QC team conducts full-function testing on matched control cabinets in accordance with official factory checklists, covering current calibration, voltage detection and overcurrent protection performance.Customizable cabinet configurations are available for global mining clients: multi-language operation panels and emergency stop buttons as standard, with optional electrical components from Chint, Delixi, Siemens, ABB and other mainstream brands. Internal frequency converters support multiple brand selections to comply with diverse international engineering specifications.
To eliminate on-site commissioning risks, Decent Machinery executes three rounds of full-system verification prior to dispatch: independent fan stand-alone test, separate control cabinet inspection, and complete fan-cabinet linkage debugging. Repeated multi-stage calibration ensures zero fault startup once the equipment arrives at Central Asia copper mine sites.
