1. The basic requirements for the installation of tunnel fans are level and firm, and the base height is greater than 200 mm.
2. The outlet pipe diameter of the fan can only be large but not small. Insect-proof nets should be installed at the exits, and hoods and rain caps should be added when the fan is blowing upward.
3. The steel support of the fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber pad must be added between the steel support and the fan foundation. All fan and motor components are mounted on the entire steel bracket, and the steel floor frame is mounted on the vibration-damping pad at the top of the foundation. A porous rubber sheet is a good way to use a damping pad.
4. The fan and the air duct are connected through the soft connection of the fan (flexible material and non-combustion). The length shall not be less than 200mm, and the diameter of the pipe shall be the same as the inlet and outlet size of the fan. In order that the soft connections of the fans will not deform during system operation, they should be installed at a moderate density. For canvas hoses installed at the suction end of the fan, they can be installed slightly tighter to prevent the fan from being sucked in while running and to reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.
