5. The main casing has a fully covered structure. Most local fans use 2-stage motors. The motor noise is generally above 93 decibels. Double layers of thicker sound-absorbing cotton are laid inside the double-layer steel plate to block noise leakage.

The company invited experts in noise elimination and noise reduction to conduct spectrum analysis of the noise generated by the fan during operation, and measured the frequency bands of the main noise in each part of the fan. Ultra-fine glass fiber sound-absorbing cotton with different bulk density was used for coating and external application.
