This order marks the further expansion of DECENT's presence in the Southeast Asian market and also demonstrates its expertise in the field of high-performance industrial equipment manufacturing.
Under the contract, DECENT will provide a series of customized centrifugal fans, which will be installed in the production line of the Thai customer to improve the efficiency and reliability of its industrial processes. The key parameters of the fans are as follows:
Air volume: 105,000 cubic meters per hour, ensuring strong air flow capacity to meet large-scale industrial needs.
Pressure: 5249 Pascal, providing sufficient pressure to adapt to various industrial applications.
Speed: 1450 rpm, ensuring efficient operation of the fan.
Temperature: Designed to operate at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, it is suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions.
Bearings: High-quality bearings made in China are used to ensure the stability and durability of the fan.
Materials: The fan housing is made of carbon steel, the impeller and shaft are made of SS 420 stainless steel and 45# steel respectively, ensuring the strength and corrosion resistance of the structure.

The thickness of the housing is 5 mm, the air inlet is 3 mm, and the outlet flange is 8 mm, ensuring the robustness of the structure.
The thickness of the rear disc of the impeller is 10 mm, the blades are 8 mm, and the front disc is 5 mm, ensuring the balance and efficiency of the impeller.
The dimensions of the fan are 3000×2300×2950 mm and the weight is approximately 3100 kg (unpacked), which shows the huge size and powerful performance of the fan.
