Recently, our company successfully exported a variable frequency screw chiller unit used for plastic molding equipment (extrusion) to the Middle East market. This chiller unit has a cooling capacity of 534.6kW and uses the eco-friendly and efficient R134A refrigerant to meet the specific needs of our client.
Temperature control is critical in the production process of plastic factories. The variable frequency screw chiller unit adjusts the compressor's operating speed to achieve precise control over cooling output, which not only improves energy efficiency but also reduces energy consumption. The unit is equipped with a temperature digital display microcomputer controller, with a temperature control range set between 7 to 30 degrees, ensuring optimal operation of the plastic molding equipment, thereby enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
Additionally, the variable frequency screw chiller unit is equipped with multiple alarm devices, including high and low-pressure protection, phase loss protection, and overload protection. These features enable the unit to alert operators and automatically shut down in case of abnormalities, ensuring the safety of both the equipment and the personnel. These intelligent designs allow the chiller unit to operate stably even in complex production environments.
The application of this unit extends beyond temperature control. Its high-efficiency cooling performance and intelligent control system also contribute significantly to energy saving and emission reduction.
