Recently, a well-known German company successfully ordered two medium-pressure fans from ZIBO DECENT MACHINERY CO., LTD for internal testing. The entire transaction process began on July 12, 2023. After multiple rounds of communication and technical confirmation, cooperation was finally reached in April 2024, and the confirmation of the payment bill was completed.
These two medium-pressure fans are customized according to the specific parameters provided by the customer to meet their needs in special working environments. Among them, one fan model is TB150-5, with an air flow of 3180m³/h and a negative pressure capacity of 3800~5300Pa. The model of the other fan is TB150-7.5, its air flow reaches 5000m³/h, and its negative pressure capacity is 5200~7000Pa. The common feature of these two fans is that they are equipped with a frequency converter, which can be easily adjusted from 30HZ to 60HZ to adapt to different working scenarios.
It is worth mentioning that due to the high temperature of the customer's working environment and the need for the fans to have the ability to work stably in a wide frequency range, ZIBO DECENT MACHINERY CO., LTD specially added heat sinks for these two fans and switched to Inverter motor. This measure not only ensures the stable operation of the fan in high-temperature environments, but also meets the customer's special requirements for the frequency conversion capability of the fan.
In addition, other technical parameters of the two fans have also met customer expectations, including 4kw and 5.5kw power, 95db noise level, 150mm air outlet diameter, aluminum alloy die-cast impeller and shell materials, pure copper motor Coil, voltage of 400v, European standard frequency of 50/60Hz, insulation level of F class, efficiency level of IE3, rotation speed of 3500r/min and operating temperature range of 80°C-100°C.
