The intelligent local ventilation system can be connected to the existing personnel positioning system and vehicle positioning system of the mine, and the speed can be adjusted according to the changes of personnel and vehicles, so as to automatically control the air volume.

(2) Self-controlled gas discharge

The system automatically controls the gas discharge mode, and automatically adjusts the fan speed according to the gas concentration of the working face. Large, adjust the output air volume of the fan to avoid gas overrun.

(3) Manual frequency given mode

In the manual frequency setting mode, technicians manually operate the buttons to set the system operating frequency according to the downhole air volume.

2. The working method of "dual machine hot standby"

"Dual machine hot standby" is the switching function between the main and standby local fans. The speed regulating device controls the automatic switching of two sets of local fans powered by independent power supplies. It has the following functions:

(1) When the main ventilator starts automatically, the backup ventilator is in standby state;

(2) When the main ventilator stops running or the power fails, the backup ventilator starts automatically after a delay of 10∽20S in automatic mode (adjustable);

(3) When the main fan is running, if the main fan fails, the backup fan will start automatically after a delay of 10∽20S (adjustable); When the output frequency of the machine drops to 0Hz, it will start automatically.

3. Blocking of wind power and gas power

Wind power blocking: when the main speed regulating device starts and the output frequency reaches 20Hz, the output node is closed; after the main speed regulating device stops, the output node is disconnected. (Note: This node is used to control the power supply of power equipment)

Gas electric lock: When the speed regulating device is in the "automatic" running state, when the input gas concentration (return air area ≥ 1.5%) or (working face head ≥ 1.0%), the output node is disconnected (note: this node is used to control Power supply for power equipment).

4. Sound and light alarm

When the backup local ventilator fails to shut down, in order to inform the staff in advance that the backup fan is in an abnormal state, an audible and visual alarm device is installed.

5. Centralized control function

The system can centrally collect the operation data of multiple local fans distributed in the mine through the mine LAN, and upload them to the centralized control host in the mine dispatching room. Monitoring, control, data review, curve description, alarm prompt, etc.

6. Additional optional functions

The system can increase fan bearing temperature and vibration detection according to customer needs. When the bearing temperature and vibration exceed the set standard value, an alarm will be issued, and maintenance personnel can check and repair the fan in time to avoid emergency failures.
