1. Repair and maintenance of impeller of centrifugal fan In the early stage of impeller operation and all routine inspections, as long as there is an opportunity, it is necessary to check whether the impeller has defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation. The impeller of the centrifugal fan needs to be kept as clean as possible , the dust and rust on it need to be cleaned regularly with a wire brush, because as the running time increases, these dusts cannot evenly adhere to the impeller, resulting in damage to the balance of the impeller. As long as the impeller is repaired, dynamic balance is required. If possible, it can be used The portable test balancer is used for balancing on site. Before dynamic balancing, it is necessary to check whether all fastening bolts are tightened. Since the impeller has been running in an unbalanced state for a period of time, these bolts may have been loosened.

2. Maintenance of centrifugal fan casing and air intake chamber In addition to regularly checking whether the casing and air intake chamber are severely worn and removing a large amount of dust, these parts do not require other special maintenance. Check whether all fastening bolts are tightened regularly. For For fans with compression bolts, compress the butterfly springs on the feet to the installation height specified in the figure.

3. For the maintenance of centrifugal fan bearings, be sure to check the oil supply of the bearings. If the stuffing box leaks oil, you can slightly tighten the bolts of the end cover. If this is not enough, it may be necessary to replace it with a new gasket.

4. Maintenance when the fan is not in use When the fan of the centrifugal fan is out of use, when the ambient temperature is lower than 5, the remaining water in the equipment and pipelines should be drained to prevent the equipment and pipelines from freezing.

5. For maintenance when the fan is parked for a long time and not in use, apply anti-rust oil to the surface of the bearing and other main components to avoid corrosion. Before, mark the shaft end so that the original high point after the rotor shift is at the bottom.
