Air-cooled chiller monthly need to do :

(1) Check for normal voltage and missing phases.

(2) Check and record the running current.

(3) Measure and record whether the high and low pressure and temperature control
temperature are normal. Normal high pressure is 1.5MPa low pressure is 0.45MPa.

(4) Check the interlocking control circuit device for looseness and aging.

(5) Check whether the oil level and oil temperature are normal.

(6) Check the compressor for abnormal sound and vibration.

(7) Test the refrigerant system.

(8) Overall commissioning and testing.

(9) Regularly check whether the quality of chilled water and cooling water is normal or not, and replace the water source in time when the water quality becomes dirty and sharp.


 
What air-cooled chillers need to do each year:

(1) Cleaning the condenser (cleaning once every six months of cumulative operation).

(2) Cleaning of cooling tower (water-cooled type is cleaned once every three months of cumulative operation.

(3) Check the refrigeration oil and lubricating oil system, and replace and replenish when necessary.

(4) Check and maintain the host circuit system.

(5) Insulation test on the compressor motor coils of the industrial chiller.

(6) Check if the filter drier is normal and clogged. Replace if necessary.

(7) Check the amount of refrigerant, timely replenishment of refrigerant.

(8) Check and correct high and low pressure switches.

(9) Check and correct the thermostat.

(10) Test run and total correction, test whether the degree of overheating is normal, and whether there is any abnormal sound of each part.
