The waste gas produced mainly includes unorganized waste gas and organized waste gas. Unorganized waste gas mainly comes from open production equipment and manual material transfer and packaging processes. This part of the waste gas is intermittent emissions, and the concentration of pollutants fluctuates greatly, making collection and processing difficult. Organized waste gas comes from the powder flavor drying process in the workshop.

Exhaust gas treatment equipment of spice factory:
In view of the current status and existing problems of waste gas treatment, our company uses RCO regenerative catalytic combustion equipment to treat waste gas. RCO uses a precious metal catalyst to reduce the reaction activation energy between organic matter and O2 in the exhaust gas, so that the organic matter can be fully oxidized to generate CO2 and H2O at a relatively low temperature of 250 to 350°C. It is a flameless combustion, and the high-temperature oxidizing gas passes through the heat exchanger. It exchanges heat with the incoming waste gas indirectly and then discharges it. It is often used to treat the high-concentration waste gas produced by adsorbent regeneration and desorption.
Activated carbon adsorption equipment is also widely used in furniture, wood industry, chemical coatings, metal surface treatment and other places where organic waste gas, odor and odor are generated by spraying, painting, drying and other places. High-quality adsorption activated carbon is used as the adsorption medium, and the organic waste gas is absorbed through multiple adsorption layers. Filtration and adsorption to achieve the purpose of purifying exhaust gas.
