Modular design is adopted to improve the interchangeability of various parts. The box panel adopts a flat joint structure and is fixed to the steel section by bolts to form a closed box to ensure that there is no condensation on the outer surface of the whole machine.
1) Box panel: 50kg/m3 flame-retardant polyurethane is used as the insulation material, and the outside is made of colored steel plate (stainless steel can be used for special requirements), which has good insulation performance. The box panel and frame are made of sealing materials, which can effectively reduce the air leakage rate of the unit.
2) Frame: Made of steel section, the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying process for corrosion protection.
3) Box body: The * non-cold bridge structure design is adopted to improve the insulation capacity and air tightness of the unit, and the air leakage rate of the whole machine is ≤3%.
4) Base: The unit comes with a rigid base with a height of 130mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying process for corrosion protection, which has the same insulation effect as the box board.
5) Inspection door: The inspection door is set according to the inspection needs of the functional section. The material of the inspection door is the same as that of the box panel. The positive pressure section of the inspection door is an inward-opening door, and the negative pressure section is an outward-opening door, which can ensure the low air leakage rate of the unit.
6) The inner wall of the purification box is made of colored steel plate material.
2. Fan section
Depending on the wind pressure, the fan adopts double-inlet forward curved, backward curved or wing-shaped centrifugal fan. This type of fan has excellent aerodynamic characteristics; accurate operating point, wide area, low vibration, low noise, long life and other characteristics.
1) The motor adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor, which has good reliability and can adapt to the use requirements of variable frequency speed regulation. Protection level: IP54 or IP55; insulation level: Class B or F.
2) Variable air volume speed control device: As an option for users to choose, the variable air volume speed regulation method is variable frequency speed regulation or variable speed regulation.
3) Rigid fan frame: The centrifugal fan and motor are installed on the same steel fan frame, and the tightness of the belt can be easily adjusted.
4) Vibration reduction device: In order to eliminate the vibration effect of the fan assembly on the unit, a vibration reduction device is set between the base and the fan frame for vibration isolation, which effectively reduces the vibration of the unit. The vibration reduction efficiency reaches 85%.
3. Surface cooling section
1) Surface cooler: The heat exchange tube sleeve adopts a corrugated aluminum fin structure, which is made by equipment stamping and mechanical expansion tube, avoiding oil accumulation inside the tube, and the surface is not easy to accumulate dust, which is easy to clean and effectively prevents the growth of bacteria; each coil is strictly cleaned to ensure the surface cleanliness of the heat exchanger, thereby ensuring the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger. A vent valve is set at the highest point of the coil header to remove the air in the heat exchanger to ensure that the heat exchange performance is not affected; a drain port is set at the lowest point of the coil header to avoid freezing and cracking of the heat exchanger, ensuring the safe operation of the unit in winter and summer. The working pressure can reach 1.6MPa. If low-temperature hot water (<65℃) is used in winter, it can be used in winter air conditioning systems.
2) Water baffle: A corrugated multi-fold water baffle is used to control the water flow of the surface cooling section below 3×10-4kg/kg. This measure is particularly important for high temperature and high humidity areas and occasions with large fresh air volume.
3) Condensate pan: Made of cold-rolled steel plate (stainless steel plate can be used for special requirements) and sprayed with plastic; dry water pan design, the water pan has a slope of 1.5% towards the drain outlet, and a drainage water seal is installed outside the unit to ensure the removal of condensed water and keep the water pan dry. Effectively prevent bacterial growth.
4. Steam heating section
The steam heater adopts the GLII type with steel pipe wrapped around steel sheet, and the surface of its finned tube is galvanized.
5. Filter section
It adopts various filters produced according to standards, with high filtration efficiency, small wind resistance, stable performance, strong versatility, and reusability. The service life of the primary filter can reach 2 years, and the number of water washings can reach more than 12 times.
Accessories of the filter section: differential pressure gauge (or differential pressure display gauge) can be configured according to user requirements.
6. Silence section
The silencer section adopts micro-perforated plate type, which has the characteristics of wide silencing frequency band, high silencing, and small air resistance.
7. Electric heating section
The electric heating section can be configured according to user requirements.
8. Automatic control device for the unit
This item is optional. The corresponding control level system can be provided according to the specific requirements of the user, such as switch control, continuous control, programmable control, centralized control and remote monitoring, etc.
