Now more and more buildings are equipped with fire protection systems, and there is an important member in the fire protection system, the fire smoke exhaust fan.
But it is worth noting that when the machine is used for a long time, a lot of dust or other dirty things will be generated inside it. If it is not cleaned in time, it will affect the normal use of the fire exhaust fan. The poor smoke exhaust effect is still a trivial matter. If it is running It will be too late to regret if it does not cause a greater disaster.
Today I will talk to you about the knowledge of daily cleaning and maintenance of fire exhaust fans
1. Adjust the tightness of the belt used by the fire blower, turn the wind wheel by hand, and observe whether the belt moves smoothly.
2. Clean the electromechanical, wind wheel, filter, and the inside of the casing, and use anti-rust paint to repair the paint drop.
3. Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts of the fire exhaust fan to ensure the sensitivity and stability of the coupling and bearing.
4. Check whether the opening and closing action of the regulating valve of the fire exhaust fan is firm and sharp. If the opening and closing of the regulating valve are not sharp, it needs to be replaced in time.
5. Check and replace the gaskets and sealing packings between the joint surfaces of the fire exhaust fan, and these gaskets and sealing packings must be intact.
6, the fire smoke exhaust fan can be manually turned on to check the indicator light, current, and voltmeter power, check whether they are normal, check whether there is any abnormal sound in the fan components, and whether the three-phase current value is balanced.
7. In order to ensure high-efficiency operation, the surface of the coil and filter of the fire exhaust fan must be kept as clean as possible.
However, since fire smoke exhaust fan coil units are generally equipped with coarse-effect filters with relatively large holes, dust inevitably passes through the filters and adheres to the pipes and filter surfaces of the fan coil unit at the beginning of operation. If it is not cleaned in time, the amount of heat exchange between the cold and hot air in the coil and the air flowing out of the coil will be reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency of the coil cannot be fully exerted.
If there is a lot of dust attached, and even part of the air passages between the filters are blocked, the air supply volume of the fan coil unit will be reduced at the same time, further reducing its air conditioning performance.
Only effective cleaning on a regular basis is more conducive to better use of it so that its performance can be fully utilized.
