1. Be fully familiar with the samples of FRP fans, and be familiar with the specifications, forms, impeller rotation direction, airflow in and out direction, etc. of FRP fans; before installing the fan, check whether the impeller has any collision, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components to see if the accessories are complete and whether the component connections are tight. Carefully check whether the fan blades are damaged or deformed due to transportation, otherwise they should be repaired before installation.
2. The air duct connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan should be supported separately, and the weight of the duct is not allowed to be added to the components of the fan. When installing the fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, and adjust the joint surface between the fan and the foundation and the connection of the air outlet duct to make them fit naturally, and do not force the connection.
3. After the FRP fan is installed, pull the impeller by hand or lever to check whether it is too tight or collided, and whether there are any objects that hinder the rotation. Only when there is no abnormal phenomenon can the test run be carried out. The exposed surface of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (prepared by the user). If the fan air inlet is not connected to the pipeline, a protective net or other complete device (prepared by the user) is also required.
4. The wiring of the FRP fan must be correct and reliable, and the fan casing should be properly grounded, and the grounding must be reliable. The power supply to the fan must be complete and meet the relevant requirements. The motor wiring must be done by an electrician with professional knowledge.
5. After the FRP fan is fully installed, check whether there are any tools and debris left inside the fan.
