Centrifugal fans are mostly used in the mechanical industry. They are high-efficiency, low-speed, low-noise centrifugal fans with aerodynamic structural impellers and logarithmic spiral casings. When the impeller rotates at high speed, the air inlet airflow at the center of the front wheel disc enters the large arc part of the blade near the center of the rear wheel disc, and then slides outward to enter the small arc part away from the center of the rear wheel disc. The air dynamic pressure increases, the flow rate increases, and the airflow is ejected after passing through the flow channel of the fan casing.
The impeller is positioned and connected with the shaft. The feature is that an impeller positioning boss is provided on the mating surface of the impeller, and a high-speed shaft positioning inner hole is provided on the high-speed shaft. The impeller positioning boss and the high-speed shaft positioning inner hole are positioned and connected by fasteners.
The medium conveyed by the centrifugal fan is air and other non-spontaneous combustion, harmless to human body, non-corrosive gas. The gas is not allowed to contain sticky substances, dust and solid impurities. Therefore, timely maintenance, inspection and repair are required during use.
