Dear customer, to ensure that you can use ZIBO DECENT MACHINERY company limited generators and water pump equipment safely and effectively, we have specially provided you with the following operation and maintenance guidelines. 

 

After the generator has been running for about 20 hours, it is recommended to replace it with new engine oil. Thereafter, change the oil every three months or every 100 hours of operation.

 

The water pump needs to change the oil 10 hours after the first use. The second time is after 50 hours, and then it is recommended to change the engine oil every 70 hours. 

 

The water provided to the water pump must be clear, and it is strictly prohibited to contain sand, pebbles, and other debris to prevent damage to the high-pressure pump, resulting in cylinder damage or water leakage.

 

It is recommended to replace the gasoline or diesel oil once after 7 days of first use of the high-pressure pump, and then perform maintenance once a month.
