Dust Collector, a device used for capturing and separating dust particles suspended in the air or gas, is called a dust collector.
Settling Chamber, a gravity dust removal device where dust particles are separated from the gas due to the sudden reduction of the carrying gas velocity upon entering a larger space, allowing the dust particles to settle under the influence of their own gravity. We refer to it as a gravity dust collector.
Dry-type Dust Collector, a dust collector that does not use water or other liquids to capture and separate dust particles in the air or gas.
Inertial Dust Collector, a dust collector that uses baffles in various forms to force a change in the direction of the gas flow, utilizing the inertia of dust particles to cause them to collide with the baffles, thereby separating and capturing the dust particles.
Cyclone Dust Collector, a dust collector where dust particles are separated and captured due to the centrifugal force acting on them as the dust-laden gas flow enters the cylindrical body in a tangential direction and rotates spirally.
Multi-tube (Cyclone) Dust Collector, a dust collector assembled in parallel from several smaller diameter cyclone separators, with a common import and export and dust hopper.
Baghouse Dust Collector, a dust collector that uses fibrous filter bags to capture dust, also known as a bag filter.
Granular Layer Dust Collector, a dust collector with a filtering layer made of granular materials such as quartz sand and gravel.
Electrostatic Precipitator, a dust collector composed of corona electrodes, dust collection electrodes, and other components, which ionizes the particles in the dust-laden gas flow under the action of a high-voltage electric field and attracts and captures them on the dust collection electrodes.
Wet-type Dust Collector, a device that separates dust particles from the gas flow by contact and impact with droplets or liquid films.
Water Film Dust Collector, a dust collector where dust particles are thrown against the inner wall of the cylindrical body by centrifugal force as the dust-laden gas enters the lower air inlet and rotates and rises, and are then adhered and captured by the water film flowing downward along the inner wall of the cylinder, and discharged from the lower conical body.
Horizontal Cyclone Water Film Dust Collector, a wet-type dust collector composed of a horizontal inner and outer cyclone cylinder, which uses the rotating dust-laden gas flow to impact the water surface and form a flowing water film on the inner side of the outer cyclone cylinder, producing a large amount of water mist, causing dust particles to collide and coagulate with water droplets, and being captured by the water film under the action of centrifugal force.
Foam Dust Collector, a dust removal device that purifies by passing the dust-laden air upward through the foam layer on the sieve plate at a certain flow rate.
Impaction Dust Collector, a wet-type dust removal device where the dust-laden air flow turns downward and impacts the liquid surface after entering the cylinder, and some larger dust particles directly settle in the mud bucket, then the dust-laden air flow passes through the S-shaped channel at high speed, stirring up a large number of water droplets, allowing fine dust to fully mix and contact with the water mist and be captured.
Venturi Scrubber, a scrubber composed of a venturi tube and a droplet separator. When the dust-laden gas flows through the throat at high speed, the droplets sprayed from the nozzle are further atomized, continuously colliding with dust particles. Subsequently, the gas film around the dust particles is broken, causing fine particles to coagulate into larger dust-laden droplets, which are separated and captured after entering the separator, and the dust-laden gas is purified, also known as a Venturi washer.
Sieve Plate Tower, a purification device with several sieve plates set inside the cylinder, where the gas passes through the liquid layer on the sieve plate from bottom to top, and harmful substances are absorbed by the gas through bubbling.
Packed Tower, a purification device with annular, corrugated, or other shaped packings inside the cylinder, where the absorbent is sprayed from the top of the tower onto the packing, and the gas rises along the gaps of the packing, and harmful substances are absorbed through gas-liquid contact.
Air Filter, a device that purifies dust-laden air by filtering with filter materials.
Automatic Roll Winding Filter, an air filter that uses a drum-shaped filter material and can automatically roll and clean the dust.
Vacuum Cleaning Device, a device that cleans the surface of accumulated dust and purifies it with a high vacuum suction nozzle.
Dust Collection, the technology of capturing and separating solid particles such as dust in the gas flow.
