In comparison to traditional water sprinklers, the water mist particles emitted by our fog cannon are extremely fine. During haze-laden days, it can perform liquid mist dust suppression, diluting and dispersing the concentrated particles in the air, quickly forcing the polluting particles to settle to the ground, thereby purifying the air.

 

Moreover, with the same 10 tons of water, traditional sprinklers can only operate for 10 minutes, whereas our fog cannon can spray for an hour, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. This significantly enhances the efficiency of water utilization.

 

The operation of the fog cannon may seem intimidating due to its bulky appearance, but in reality, it's as simple as pressing a button. A small remote control is all it takes to maneuver the machine. The remote features buttons for turning the fan and pump on and off, as well as controlling the spray direction in eight different directions. All these operations can be done comfortably from within the cab, making the fog cannon incredibly user-friendly.

 

The Zibo Decent Machinery fog cannon is composed of a cab, a water tank, a pump set, a generator set, and a fan. The fan, resembling a cannon barrel, is the heart of the machine, known as the "Environmental Dust Suppression Wind-Driven Fog Cannon." Its working principle is straightforward: the pump draws water from the tank and forces it through nozzles, spraying it in a fine mist. The fan then blows this mist further, enabling it to reach even more distant areas, while the "cannon barrel" can rotate 340 degrees, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

 

The sources of haze, such as dust from construction sites, vehicle emissions, and industrial discharges, pose significant challenges in air pollution control.
