2. When the factory uses it to find abnormal noise, serious heating of the motor, electrification of the casing, tripping of the switch, failure to start and other phenomena during the operation of the factory, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
3. Irregularly replenish or replace the lubricating grease for the bearing according to the operating environment (the sealed bearing of the motor does not need to replace the lubricating grease during its service life). In order to ensure that the centrifugal fan maintains good lubrication during use, the number of times of refueling should not be less than 1000 hours/ Second, fill the 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings with ZL-3 lithium-based lubricating grease for the sealed bearings and motor bearings. 4. Precautions when using in the factory:
① When the factory fans are stored in the open air, precautionary measures should be taken.
②In the process of storage and handling, it should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage.
③Should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp.
5. Keep sufficient capacity and stable voltage of the centrifugal fan power supply facilities used in the factory. It is strictly forbidden to run without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be powered by a temporary line for a long time.
6. In order to ensure the use, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance during the operation of the centrifugal fan. After the inspection, carry out a trial run for about five minutes, and then start the operation after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.
