Non-commutation judgment and maintenance
1. Solenoid valve solenoid coil burned. Cut off the power supply, with a multimeter R * 1 gear measurement of the solenoid coil DC resistance value and on and off. When the measured resistance value is much less than the specified value, indicating that the solenoid coil internal local short circuit. Should be replaced with the same type of solenoid coil, in the replacement, it should be noted that in the absence of coil set into the center core before, can not do the power check, otherwise easy to burn the coil.
2. Reversing valve piston drain hole is blocked. Reversing valve piston relief hole diameter of only 0.3mm., although the hole before the screen, if the refrigeration system is not clean, it is easy to be blocked, resulting in a failure to change direction. For this kind of failure first can be processed as follows: repeated times to connect, cut off the solenoid coil circuit, so that the reversing valve continuous reversal, in order to flush out the dirt. If the flush is still not pass, you can remove the reversing valve for flushing or replace the electromagnetic four-way reversing valve.
3. Reversing valve piston bowl leakage. Will be cooling the air conditioner temperature control knob clockwise rotation to the end, so that the air conditioner stops working, to be 3min after the high and low pressure tends to balance, the reversing valve and then energized. Repeat this several times, such as still invalid, can only replace the new electromagnetic four-way reversing valve.
4. Reversing valve right air hole is not tight. Electromagnetic four-way reversing valve normal direction, the air conditioner running in the heating state. At this time, the right side of the reversing valve capillary tube should be colder, the left side of the high-pressure capillary tube should be hotter. If the left and right 2 capillary tube are hot, that is, the reversing valve of the right pore is not closed tightly. Treatment is to make the electromagnetic four-way valve is energized several times, such as the right air hole is still closed tight, only to replace the new electromagnetic four-way reversing valve.
5. Refrigerant leakage. Due to refrigerant leakage, so that the high and low pressure difference is reduced, making the reversing valve reversal difficulties. This failure should be checked for leaks, patch welding, vacuum and refrigerant charging.
6. Electromagnetic four-way reversing valve on the capillary tube blockage. For this kind of failure can also be repeated many times, cut off the electromagnetic coil circuit, so that the reversing valve continuous reversal, flush out the dirt. If you still can not flush, you can remove the flushing or replacement of the capillary tube.
