Efficient Dust Collection System Installed at Thailand’s Asphalt Mixing Plant

Asphalt mixing plants generate significant amounts of dust and particulate emissions during the mixing process. After detailed consultation and on-site evaluation, DECENT MACHINERY engineered a customized dust collection system to suit the plant’s operational requirements. The system features a powerful 200-horsepower motor, providing high-efficiency filtration to capture airborne dust and maintain a cleaner working environment.
 
Installation and On-Site Technical Support
 
To ensure optimal performance of the dust collection system, DECENT MACHINERY’s technical team traveled to Thailand to provide installation guidance and commissioning support. The installation process included:
 
1.Precise System Calibration – Before operation, the system was configured and tested to ensure ideal airflow, pressure balance, and dust collection efficiency. Every component, including the filter bags, pulse cleaning system, and exhaust fan, was carefully inspected and adjusted.

3.Performance Monitoring and Optimization – During the initial trial run, real-time dust concentration levels were monitored to confirm that the system effectively controlled emissions. Fine-tuning adjustments were made to ensure the best filtration performance while optimizing energy efficiency.
