CNC Horizontal Milling and Boring Machine:

Specifically used for precision machining of key components, with positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm, hole position
deviation less than ±0.01mm, and machined surface roughness of Ra0.8, ensuring the stability of core components
during high-speed operation.



CNC Vertical Machining Center:

Focuses on precision machining of blades and molds, with three-axis linkage error ≤0.015mm and machined surface
roughness of Ra0.6. It shortens the manufacturing cycle by 30% compared with traditional processes, balancing
precision and efficiency.



CNC Press Brake:

Responsible for sheet metal forming, with bending angle error of ±0.5° and length error of ±0.3mm, capable of
completing 20 bends per minute, ensuring the structural strength of the housing and support parts.



CNC Punch Press:

Enables efficient machining of orifice plates of different specifications, with a punching speed of 300 times per
minute, hole position error of ±0.1mm, and minimum machining hole diameter of 2mm, ensuring uniform air flow
distribution.



CNC Spinning Lathe:

Designed for machining of fairings and current collectors, achieving surface roughness of Ra0.8 and roundness
error of ≤±0.03mm. The integral forming process reduces subsequent finishing work and improves component
precision.
