DECENT MACHINERY Successfully Passes Second Inspection by Singapore Client; Third Specialized Welding NDT Up Next

Today, a quality inspection team from Singapore visited DECENT MACHINERY’s production base for a second comprehensive review of the welding processes and overall quality of in-progress products. Adhering to international pressure vessel standards, the inspection verified the precision, stability, and compliance of DECENT MACHINERY’s welding techniques, with the products passing successfully and receiving high client approval.
Welding quality remains a focal point in client inspections. This review, based on the ISO 3834 welding quality management system, examined procedure specifications, welder qualifications, and material traceability. process—from material selection and real-time monitoring to initial inspections—and addressed client questions in detail.
DECENT MACHINERY’s welding processes require exceptional skill and experience, exceeding conventional standards. Thanks to extensive expertise, continuous process optimization, and strict assessments, the welding team consistently meets high international standards—a key reason for client trust. After thorough evaluation, the Singapore team lead noted: "DECENT MACHINERY has maintained consistently high welding standards. The successful second inspection paves the way for a third, more rigorous review. Soon, the project contractor will conduct advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) per ASME Section V. These methods will inspect internal and surface defects to ensure compliance with international pressure equipment safety standards.
