DECENT MACHINERY Receives Order for Centrifugal Blowers from Malaysian Customer Again

DECENT MACHINERY recently announced the successful agreement with a long-standing plywood factory in Malaysia, placing an order for a batch of centrifugal blowers and supporting motors for material handling. This marks a new phase in the company's collaboration in the field of wood processing equipment.
As a long-term partner of DECENT MACHINERY, the Malaysian plywood factory has selected the SZJ-8C centrifugal blower, which boasts efficient and stable material handling capabilities. Its core specifications demonstrate its professional performance: air volume up to 18,000 m³/h, pressure up to 6,000 Pa, a stable speed of 2,200 rpm, and continuous operation at temperatures between 20 and 30°C, perfectly matching the material handling needs of plywood production.
The accompanying motor features a 45 kW power design and is compatible with a 415V/50 Hz/3Ph power supply system, ensuring a precise match between power output and blower performance. The fan casing is constructed of 8mm-thick 16MN steel, offering both strength and corrosion resistance. The casing ring and impeller are constructed of 8mm-thick NM500 wear-resistant steel, significantly extending the equipment's service life in high-dust environments and reducing maintenance costs.
The Malaysian customer stated that the reliability and efficiency of DECENT MACHINERY's equipment, demonstrated in past collaborations, were key factors in their continued collaboration. This purchase will further enhance the material handling efficiency of their production line and provide a solid foundation for expanding production capacity.
