DECENT MACHINERY Finishes Production & Shipment of Custom TDF Integral Flanged HVAC Ducts for Gulf Offshore Oil & Gas Platform Project

We previously released news covering the inspection and shipment of custom AHU units for a Gulf offshore oil & gas platform project. Now we are glad to update that the matching batch of TDF integral flanged HVAC ducts has completed full manufacturing and quality inspection, and been fully loaded for delivery to the same offshore facility.

This landmark offshore energy project is jointly developed by DECENT MACHINERY and a prominent local oil & gas enterprise in the Gulf region. The offshore drilling platform operates under harsh year-round marine conditions including high temperature, strong solar radiation and severe salt fog corrosion, which set stringent requirements on ventilation accessories’ corrosion resistance, airtightness and structural stability.

Customized in galvanized steel and stainless steel as per project engineering drawings, our TDF integral flanged ducts adopt an integrated flange structure without additional angle steel frames. The product features lightweight construction, consistent airtight sealing and rapid on-site assembly, fully complying with strict offshore ventilation specifications.

All duct components are processed on our standardized automated production line, going through uncoiling, tension adjustment, high-precision laser cutting, forming and integrated assembly to guarantee precise dimensional tolerances. Every finished duct underwent strict internal quality verification before packing.Our seasoned loading team formulated detailed checklists and scientific container layout schemes to avoid missing parts and optimise shipping space. Cross binding belts and triangular wooden supports were used inside containers for reinforcement to prevent scratches and collision damage during long ocean transit. Client supervisors witnessed the whole loading process and highly acknowledged our rigorous and standardised operation procedures.

All containers have been fully sealed and successfully shipped to ports in the Gulf region. These tailor-made HVAC ducts will coordinate perfectly with the previously delivered AHU units to deliver stable and reliable ventilation performance for the offshore drilling platform, bringing long-term operational benefits to our partner.
