Decent Machinery has successfully finished the factory performance test of custom multi-stage centrifugal fans destined for a large-scale gold mining enterprise in Southeast Asia. These tailor-made fan units will be delivered and deployed to the local mining project, serving the mineral flotation process on site.
Different from single-impeller centrifugal fans, the equipment adopts a multi-impeller and multi-stage structure, delivering higher wind pressure and more reliable operation, which perfectly matches the working conditions of mineral flotation in mines. Instead of the conventional steel plate welding manufacturing method, the fans are produced through integrated one-piece casting technology, bringing robust body structure and superior machining precision. With an optimized narrow-blade exclusive design, vibration and noise generated during operation are significantly reduced, making its operational stability far superior to ordinary fans.
The whole testing process was carried out in strict accordance with the factory’s quality inspection specifications. The equipment was powered on for preheating and formally started only after the voltage stabilized. Professional testing instruments were applied to comprehensively measure core operating parameters including fan rotation speed, unit vibration and surface temperature. Multi-point vibration test results clearly verified that the fan features low vibration, low operating temperature and outstanding operational accuracy.
This batch of fans is customized to fit the non-standard 415V power voltage used in Southeast Asia, distinct from the standard 380V and 220V power supplies widely adopted domestically. Decent Machinery supports customized non-standard voltage solutions to comply with power grid standards of different countries and regions worldwide, adapting to various operating environments of overseas engineering projects.
