DECENT Completes Installation Fan Blower on BigStar Ship

In the wave of new energy industry development, DECENT team successfully completed the installation service of Fan Blower from Yantai Port to Lianyungang Port with professional technology, providing strong support for offshore energy projects.

Fan Blower confirmation and delivery
In the early stage of the project, DECENT and the customer discussed the Fan Blower parameters in depth, formulated the installation plan in combination with the port working conditions, and strictly controlled the production and delivery links.
Preparation and disassembly
In Yantai Port, due to the limited conditions, the disassembly of pipelines is entirely manual. Faced with rusted bolts and nuts, workers used heating, penetrating oil immersion and other methods to carefully polish the threads to ensure the high-quality completion of the disassembly work.
Installation and commissioning
Moving to Lianyungang Port, the hoisting team accurately lifted the Fan Blower components, and the ground team assembled the impeller, nacelle and tower in an orderly manner. During the commissioning stage, the technicians calibrated the parameters of the yaw and pitch system and checked the meshing accuracy of the gearbox and the generator. When installing the pipeline, cutting and welding are performed with millimeter-level accuracy to strictly control the influence of thermal stress.
Trial run
During the trial run, DECNET used a step-by-step loading test method to monitor the performance of the Fan Blower from no load to full load. Faced with the interference of heavy rain and strong wind, the team decisively replaced the new high-strength bolts and recorded the tightening data for archiving to ensure the stable operation of the Fan Blower.
