Wear Identified – Upgrade Delivered
When you recently noted impeller wear, you contacted DECENT first. We immediately proposed:
- Material upgrade from standard carbon steel to NM500 wear-resistant plate
- Hard-facing with dedicated abrasion-resistant welding rods
Both modifications extend service life by ≥ 30 % under identical ash loading.

Next Steps
The upgraded rotor will be balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5 and shipped by 15 January. We will coordinate on-site installation supervision and start-up alignment at your convenience.
